WSQ Food Hygiene Course
1. One (1) Day - Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
We are an Approved Training Organization (ATO) for WSQ Food Hygiene Course.
What is it?With the introduction of the F&B WSQ system, WDA and NEA sought to raise the food hygiene standards and standardise the training of its Basic Food Hygiene (BFH).
A new 6-hour programme, followed by 1.5 hour assessments, WSQ Food Hygiene Course (WFHC) has replaced BFH with effect from 1st October 2014.
Upon successful completion of the 6-hour course, followed with 1.5-hour assessment, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded to participants. This will accord the participants licensed to operate/work in food preparation.
2. Half-Day - Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures (REFRESHER)
A new 3-hour programme, followed by 1.5 hour assessment. A statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded to participants upon passing the Tests. This Refresher Food Hygiene Training is required Five (5) years after obtaining the One (1) Day Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures. View Certificate Sample

From 3 November 2014, WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued via electronic form. Trainees will receive notification on the availability of e-Cert image in their SkillsConnect account via email and/or sms.
The benefits of e-Cert are that there is shorter waiting time for the trainees to receive the electronic version of their certificates and overall improvement in productivity and efficiency. There is reduction in paper wastage and easy access to the e-Cert. The e-Cert will remain available in the individual SkillsConnect account, accessible via SingPass login.
